Training for Coaches
We do not take this course lightly. Here at Rexov we are serious about coaching and produce only highly trained and competent coaches who must complete an 18 – 24 month coaching traineeship. Competent coaches are paid during this traineeship after having completed an initial 6 months of training including a competency assessment.
