Like personal coaching, group coaching is where we help our clients to make positive changes in one or more areas of their life, eg. in the area of business or career, health, finance, relationships, emotions and spirituality. These positive changes are made by:

• Designing strategies to achieve these goals
• Setting milestones to ensure the person is on track

• Uncovering what may be in the way of achieving their goals

Group Coaching is an 8 week coaching program of approx 1.5-2hour coaching sessions with a follow up face to face or phone coaching session about 1 month after program completion.
